Welcome to MM 331, the Principles of Graphic Design.

In this class you will be exposed to some of the contemporary theories and practices currently relevant to the field of Graphic Design. I will teach you about the interaction of color and how to choose a proper color palette. You will also learn how to plan a project, gather ideas and then realize your objectives using Adobe Photoshop 7.0, a vital graphics application used by everyone in the field. You will be exposed to the fundamentals of how this program works while laying the groundwork for teaching yourself its many other functionalities after the class is over.
