Weakness: when there is no real difference in content.
You need to support multiple mini sites. Once at their own site
if you link them to the common site for the common information then
how do you return them to `next' page of their own site. They
need to use the back button or choose from a user list, which would
return them to the home page of their user site. This can be solved
by dynamically placing common pages in user specific `wrappers',
which behave as frames but have none of the negative consequences
of frames. Users then stay in their own environment.
