Succeeds if information
lends itself to chronological organization, then it is effective.
Allows for placing on timeline which is a cognitive organizing scheme
that everyone uses and understands.
Fails, as most schemes, when there are too many on the same
date. Then we need a further categorization scheme that reduces
number to easily scanned set. E.g. graphical calendar with
50 entries per day. Adding hours or minutes can help, as in Newswires.
This then becomes much like an alphabetical display.
